Infrastructure

We have extensive facilities with complete, state-of-the-art technical equipment, which lets us take on all kinds of projects to a very high standard.

We have the most advanced machinery for working wood, large warehouses for raw material, finished product and stock, and a great professional team that keeps everything running perfectly.

The journey of the wood

From log to varnished piece, everything passes through our hands and our machines, in this order.

  1. Stage 01

    From log to board

Wood enters the workshop as a log and leaves this stage dry, sawn and ready to work.

    1. 01

      Sawmill

Here we strip the bark from the logs and saw them into boards of different sizes.

    2. 02

      Drying kiln

Freshly sawn wood goes into the kiln, where it reaches its optimum moisture level before being worked.

    3. 03

      Warehouse

Two large warehouses: one for wood and one for the finished product we keep in stock.

  2. Stage 02

    Sizing

Each plank is brought to the exact width, length and thickness of the piece it will become.

    1. 04

      Edger

We rip the planks arriving from the warehouse or kiln, giving them the width each product requires.

    2. 05

      Cross-cut optimiser

Like the edger but lengthwise: it cuts the planks to the right length while making the most of the wood.

    3. 06

      Planer

The edged and cut wood goes through the planer to bring it to the desired thickness.

  3. Stage 03

    Machining and assembly

The pieces are prepared to join together and assembled: this is where the wood starts to become a door or a window.

    1. 07

      Tenoner

Cuts the tenons used to join the different pieces.

    2. 08

      Mortiser

Cuts the mortises into which the tenons of the pieces to be joined fit.

    3. 09

      Angle machine

A machine dedicated exclusively to shaping the profiles of our European-profile windows.

    4. 10

      Press

The glued pieces are assembled and pressed so the joint is perfect.

  4. Stage 04

    Finishing

The assembled product is squared, sanded, fitted with hardware and varnished.

    1. 11

      Profiler

Squares the final product so it is perfectly true.

    2. 12

      Sander

Calibrates, sands and completes the manufacture of each product.

    3. 13

      Router

Cuts the recesses for and fits the different hardware.

    4. 14

      Paint booth

We apply water-based varnish for a better finish, in natural colour, stains or any colour.
